Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods described. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- A product is found to be out of stock after your order is placed
- A pricing error has occurred on the website
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment
- We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these terms
If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment taken.
Products & Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, packaging or labelling may occur and do not constitute a defect. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without notice.
Pricing & VAT
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£). Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. The VAT element will be itemised at checkout.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for current charges.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Stripe. Card details are processed securely and are not stored by us.
If payment is declined or later reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order and, where goods have already been dispatched, to seek recovery of those goods or their value.
Delivery
Our online shop delivers to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery timescales, charges and restrictions are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
If you are based outside the UK, Safe4 products may be available through one of our worldwide distributors. For any other international delivery enquiries, please contact us.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund procedure is set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not affected by these terms.
Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:
